What are your Christmas shipping deadlines?



We can no longer guarantee delivery in time for Christmas using ground shipping for most items. However, THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS so see below.

Are your stock numbers accurate, how do you handle back-orders?

We work diligently to ensure that our stock numbers are extremely accurate. However from time to time a purchased item may be on back-order. If this should happen we will promptly notify you via EMAIL and present you with some options. How soon will my order ship?

Our products have different order processing times. Please see each item for more details about shipping for that item. All estimates on our item pages are in business days. Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays are not business days. Orders placed before 2 P.M. Eastern time are considered placed on that business day. Orders after this deadline are considered placed on the next business day.

Example 1: An order is placed at 1:55 P.M. Eastern on Monday. The item says it usually ships in 2-3 business days. You can expect this item to ship on Wednesday or Thursday.

Example 2: An order is placed at 2:05 P.M. Eastern on Monday. The item says it usually ships in 2-3 business days. You can expect this item to ship on Thursday or Friday.

If you choose an expedited form of shipping (Example: Next Day Air) this does not influence how quickly the order is processed. It only indicates the shipping speed once it leaves our facility.

Example 3: An order is placed at 1:55 P.M. Eastern on Monday. You selected to ship the item with Next Day Air shipping. The item says it usually ships in 2-3 business days. You can expect this item to ship on Wednesday or Thursday and deliver on Thursday or Friday.

If you buy multiple items at once that have different order processing times you can expect your entire purchase to ship according to the longest processing time amongst the items.

Example 4: An order with 2 items is placed at 1:55 P.M. Eastern on Monday. One item says it usually ships in 1-2 business days. The other item says it usually ships in 2-3 business days. You can expect this item to ship on Wednesday or Thursday.

We may at our own discretion split multiple item orders into separate shipments based on our own internal factors. If you would like to ensure that a particular item with a shorter order processing time is shipped without waiting for other items, please place separate orders for the items.

We will notify you via EMAIL in the unlikely event that an item will ship in a time-frame that is longer than the usual order processing time stated for that item. The most likely causes for these types of delays are weather disruption (snow storms, etc.), holidays, or late deliveries from our suppliers. How do you ship your packages?

We ship our orders via UPS. Packages shipped by us will have these attributes:
  • We will only ship to street addresses. No P.O. boxes and no APO or FPO addresses. Military members: We are proud to offer you special help. Please send us a list of what you'd like to purchase and your address to: sales@expertmartialartssupply.com. We'll send you a shipping cost estimate.
  • We will provide you with a shipment tracking number via EMAIL as soon as it is available. Prior to completing your order we recommend adding sales@expertmartialartssupply.com to the address book of your email to minimize the possibility that communications from us are accidentally sorted into junk mail folders.
  • Whenever possible we ship using reused boxes. In all such cases we only use clean packaging because protecting your purchase is important to us. To many retailers this choice would be considered "crazy". Building brand identity is very important to most retailers. What is important to us is taking care of our customers, and keeping their costs low. We strongly adhere to the concept of mottainai! Not only is this philosophy a better use of natural resources (Green), it helps save everyone money too (Green)!

Because we have a business Nexus in the following locations we are required to charge sales tax in:

What is your return policy?

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: (Effective October/7/2010)

  • 1-14 days after delivery:

    New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled, and with original packaging) that is suitable for resale, may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. A full refund, minus original shipping costs will be tendered after we receive your return and can verify its condition. Original packaging must be returned intact and boxes (if any) must be covered and kept in new-condition. Marking, tearing, or putting labels on or otherwise damaging or allowing damage to occur to the original packaging will result in forfeiture of refund or replacement for that item. If your return cannot be accepted the item(s) will only be shipped back to you at your expense.

    The following items are not returnable:
    Custom Items
    Opened DVDs, Videotapes, or CDs
    Undergarments
    Opened Mouthguards

    To return any merchandise, please enclose a copy of your packing slip with a note stating that you are returning the item for a refund. Customer is responsible for return postage. Ship your return to:

  • 15-30 days after delivery:

    New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled, and with original packaging) that is suitable for resale, may be returned for a refund between 15-30 days after delivery. If new merchandise is returned within 15-30 days of delivery, you will receive a full refund minus a 15% restocking charge and minus original shipping costs. A refund will be tendered after we receive your return and can verify its condition. Original packaging must be returned intact and boxes (if any) must be covered and kept in new-condition. Marking, tearing, or putting labels on or otherwise damaging or allowing damage to occur to the original packaging will result in forfeiture of refund or replacement for that item. If your return cannot be accepted the item(s) will only be shipped back to you at your expense.

Exchange Policy (Effective October/7/2010)

Goods will not be exchanged beyond 14 days after delivery. If your exchange cannot be accepted the item(s) will only be shipped back to you at your expense.

  • Fastest Method

    New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled, and with original packaging) that is suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange between 1-14 days after delivery. Purchase the corrected size/color of the individual item you want from our store. We will ship you that item and await your exchange in the mail (at your expense). A full refund, minus original shipping costs will be tendered after we receive your exchange and can verify its condition. Original packaging must be returned intact and boxes (if any) must be covered and kept in new-condition. Marking, tearing, or putting labels on or otherwise damaging or allowing damage to occur to the original packaging will result in forfeiture of refund or replacement for that item.   • Slower Method

    New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled, and with original packaging) that is suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange between 1-14 days after delivery. Return the item you would like exchanged along with a copy of your invoice with a note indicating what you would like in exchange. After we receive your exchange and can verify its condition, we will send you an invoice for the shipment of your replacement item. After we receive payment on this invoice we will ship your exchange. Original packaging must be returned intact and boxes (if any) must be covered and kept in new-condition. Marking, tearing, or putting labels on or otherwise damaging or allowing damage to occur to the original packaging will result in forfeiture of refund or replacement for that item.
